This is an easy spiced pumpkin pie to make with plenty of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves in the filling. People who don't like pumpkin pie, like this one! It has become a much anticipated family custom.
Ingredients
- 2 cups canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- 0.5 cups white sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 0.25 teaspoons ground ginger
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs , lightly beaten
- 1 , 9-inch

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C.)

Combine pumpkin puree, milk, cream, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl; mix in cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Beat in flour and eggs. Pour filling into prepared pie shell.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake until filling has set, about 50 minutes.
