A cool and creamy peanut butter treat!
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.67 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 container frozen whipped topping , 8 ounce
- 1 pie shell , 9 inch
Instructions

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Add the peanut butter and mix well. Fold in the dessert topping until completely blended.

Fill the pie crust with the peanut butter mixture and chill in the freezer until ready to serve. Note: Good in a chocolate crust with chocolate chips sprinkled on top.

A homemade beef stew recipe for the stovetop. This traditional stew is good eaten from a bowl or poured over biscuits. Substitute lamb and voila!... Irish stew!
