This fajita marinade with lime juice and olive oil is spiced up with cayenne pepper. It adds so much flavor to meat or chicken for delicious fajitas.
Ingredients
- 0.33 cups water
- 0.25 cups lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic , crushed
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 0.5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper

Gather all ingredients.

Whisk water, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and liquid smoke flavoring together in a bowl.

Stir in cayenne and black pepper until combined.

Use to marinate 2 pounds of meat; marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to overnight before cooking as desired.
