Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 0.75 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove and mix in almond flour, egg, garlic, and parsley until well combined. Spread dough onto a baking sheet and poke holes into the dough with a fork.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool for 20 minutes.

Wasabi and Soy Sauce Hummus
A healthy hummus, with a sushi-like twist! This is my first ever published recipe, so please be honest and kind in your comments! For my first batch I tried adding a sheet of nori (seaweed). I do not recommend this, unless you REALLY like the flavor of nori, as it completely overpowered the other flavors. Maybe some small slices on top, as a garnish? I've found that this recipe makes a nice condiment on sandwiches, too!
