A refreshing, spicy salsa recipe with tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, and cilantro. Jalapeño peppers vary in heat, so it is important to taste the salsa to ensure you do not make it too hot to handle. It's very popular and requested at potlucks. Serve with tortilla chips.

- 0.5 large onion , minced
- 3 cloves garlic , chopped
- 0.67 cups chopped fresh cilantro

Chicken Chop Suey
This chicken chop suey recipe tastes very similar to the one at my favorite Chinese restaurant. There is a lot of chopping, but it's well worth the effort! We like it with noodles or vegetable fried rice.
Wasabi Mashed Potatoes
These potatoes are slightly green, slightly spicy, and beautifully fragrant with roasted garlic. Good compliment to meat and fish cooked with ginger - soy marinades. The leftovers make great potato pancakes!

The quintessential British sausage. Great for any meal of the day.
