- 0.5 reds onion , diced
- 1 serrano chile pepper , seeded and minced
- 6 cilantros leaves , minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 teaspoons kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 dropss hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
