Green Beans Almondine
This green bean almondine side dish couldn't be simpler to make. Even those who don't like green veggies love this — no matter how much I make, it's never enough!
Red BBQ Slaw
Growing up in the foothills of North Carolina and enjoying Eastern North Carolina BBQ, we always had barbecue slaw or red BBQ slaw served with our pulled pork. The spicy, crunchy texture of the marinated cabbage takes BBQ to the next level. Serve this recipe with pork or chicken.
Jeanine's Decadent Brownies
This brownie recipe is from my mom. I have made many batches of these brownies for my daughter's various school functions, etc. It's also really good hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
