Truffle-like chocolate cheesecake in a chocolate cookie crust. If this does not drive your mate wild, keep the recipe and replace him or her. Note: The topping for this cake is your choice, you could use chocolate dipped strawberries, purchased chocolate truffles, or melt chocolate and/or white chocolate and drizzle it over the top.

Grilled Potatoes and Onion
This recipe grills potatoes and onions in a foil packet with the rest of your grilled meal! Start early, because it takes about half an hour to cook. These cook over indirect heat (off to the side), so you can grill other things at the same time.
Mom's Goulash in the Microwave
There were no microwaves when my mom made this, so she did it on the stove top. She never gave us the recipe and I have discovered it through trial and error. You never forget the taste! I started with a recipe in a microwave cookbook and have adjusted the ingredients over time. If anyone is home when you are cooking, you will have company in the kitchen! Serve with Caesar salad, oven-baked garlic butter French bread and red wine. Microwave temperatures vary, so keep checking to see if these power levels work for you.
Greek Bifteki (Beef Patties)
Bifteki is a great barbecue dish and a nice alternative to steaks. The feta-stuffed beef patties are really quick to prepare and can be fried in a pan if you prefer.
