- 2 loaves frozen bread dough , 1 pound
- 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese

Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.

Combine butter, green onion, parsley, eggs, garlic powder, and salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Break bread dough into walnut-sized pieces; dip into egg mixture.

Place 1 layer egg-dipped dough pieces into the prepared pan until bottom is covered; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat dipping, layering, and sprinkling until all dough pieces and Parmesan are in the pan. Loosely cover the pan; let rise until doubled in volume, about 45 minutes.
