Loaded Cauliflower Chicken Casserole
The idea for this delicious casserole comes from a steakhouse "loaded" baked potato! Roasted cauliflower stands in for the potato, and some leftover cooked chicken is added for protein. Topped with Cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and cooked, crumbled bacon, this dish was devoured by the family.
Strawberry (Jam!) Cream Cheese Frosting
This foolproof frosting keeps it simple. While very sweet, it's just the thing to balance the natural flavor of a homestyle scratch cake recipe. I used it the first time to lighten up a cake made with a heavy whole grain white flour. Uh-mazing!
Baked Hawaiian Sandwiches
These ham and turkey sliders on Hawaiian rolls are topped with a honey-mustard sauce, then baked until golden brown. They can be served at receptions, baby showers, Bible studies, or tailgate parties โ they're always a hit! Sandwiches can be made up in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
