This recipe yields is a wonderful gluten-free pie crust I made! I suspect you could use Rice Krispies as well! It also works without the cocoa!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups crushed crispy rice cereal squares , such as Rice Chex
  • 6 tablespoons butter , melted
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder , or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar , Optional

Instructions

    Combine crispy rice cereal, butter, cocoa powder, and sugar in a bowl; press into the bottom of a pie plate.
