Whipped Boursin Dip
This whipped Boursin dip comes together in minutes, and is very versatile. Garnish with a drizzle of hot honey or olive oil, a sprig of rosemary or thyme, or maybe some sliced Kalamata olives or crispy bacon and serve with crackers or vegetables.
Cauliflower Nachos
Skip the chips and use slabs of roasted cauliflower instead! I opted for these toppings because they were balanced and played well off each other, but you can change them up as you please.
