This basic white bread recipe with rice flour has no gluten. It's easily made in your bread machine. Xanthan gum and the gluten-free flours are usually easy to find in your local health food store.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 0.25 cups olive oil
- 0.25 cups honey
- 1.5 cups buttermilk , at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
- 0.33 cups cornstarch
- 0.5 cups potato starch
- 0.5 cups soy flour
- 2 cups white rice flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

Place ingredients into a bread machine in the order listed, or follow the order recommended by the manufacturer if different.

Select the sweet dough cycle. Five minutes into the cycle, check the consistency of dough. Add additional rice flour or liquid if necessary.

Let bread cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
