These aren't your everyday hamburgers. They taste a little different, but this is the only way I make them. Everyone loves these, and they are fairly simple to make. The brown sugar in the burger brings out the flavors of the other spices. Please note that these aren't exact measurements. I just throw in a little of this and a little of that.

Piadina (Italian Flatbread)
Piadina is an Italian flatbread from the Emilia-Romagna region. The traditional recipe calls for lard in the dough which you can replace with a good extra-virgin olive oil. It is typically served stuffed with prosciutto and a local cheese calledSquacqueronebut any soft cheese will work. Enjoy!
Swen's Smokehouse Beef Jerky
While messing around one night trying to figure out a new recipe my husband created this and everyone loved it!
Bacon-Wrapped Pickles
You can pretty much wrap anything in bacon, including pickles! These are perfect for game day or any time of year. Thick-cut bacon doesn't work as well for these, so use the thinner slices. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing. These are also tasty dipped in Buffalo sauce.
