New Quiche Lorraine
I discovered quiche Lorraine while studying French in high school. After trying many recipes over the years and being dissatisfied with each one I have put my own spin on this classic recipe that results in a crisp crust and tender custard. Serve this new quiche Lorraine with a side salad if desired. Bon appétit!
Guinness Brownies
These brownies are wonderfully rich, fudgey and the addition of Guinness adds a unique flavor.

These savory little bundles have just five ingredients. While a little time-consuming at first, these come together quickly once you get the hang of them! Perfect as an appetizer for a large crowd. You can also make these ahead of time (see Cook's Notes).
