These peanut butter cornflake cookies remind me of peanut butter fudge. My grandmother made them for us, and now I make them for my family. There is nothing healthy about this recipe, but it is a great sweet-tooth fixer.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IX
This is an oatmeal raisin cookie developed to use vegetable oil instead of solid fats. It is a slight modification of one with which I won first place in a company sponsored contest where I work.
Keto Tex-Mex Ground Beef Casserole
Following a low-carb way of eating doesn't have to mean that you can't enjoy tacos anymore. This keto Tex-Mex ground beef casserole recipe has all the flavor of tacos, and if you like, pork rinds for crunch. For extra flavor, garnish with avocados, sour cream, sliced olives, shredded lettuce, or pork rinds.
Lemon-Raspberry Cupcakes
In this lemon-raspberry cupcake recipe, fresh raspberries pair with plenty of lemony flavor and make for an awesome summertime cupcake! This recipe makes a lot of frosting — plenty to frost 15 cupcakes generously and then some — but it freezes well and would make a great sugar cookie topping, too!
