Easter Bunny Easter Bread
This is a fun technique to create a basket of Easter bunny bread rolls, perfect for Easter brunch or a kids' party. They're so adorable, people will barely be able to stand it! You can use this dough recipe (which is my Hot Cross Bun recipe, without the rum and dried fruit), or my Easter Bread recipe, or any sweet or unsweetened bread dough you like.
Asparagus, Snow Pea, and Radish Salad
This asparagus, snow pea, and radish salad recipe came from a close family friend. We have it every Easter and it's always a hit! Thanks, Sharon!
Captain Jack's Peach Pie
Captain Jack's peach pie recipe combines rum and butter. Yum. This makes a smooth and softly sweet peach pie with lots of layers and distinct flavors. An original recipe of mine, which is the favorite fruit pie in our house.
