This is adapted from a cooking show recipe to suit my family's taste. Unique dish that sounds strange, but is always a hit! Use leftover spaghetti for a quicker meal.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cups butter
- garlic powder , or to taste
- 2 hoagies rolls
- 8 thins slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups cold cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
Instructions
-
1
Melt butter with garlic powder in a large skillet.
-
2
Cut a slice of the crust off the top and bottom of each hoagie roll. Brush the cut sides with some of the garlic-flavored butter.
-
3
Split the rolls and line the insides with mozzarella cheese slices. Mix spaghetti and spaghetti sauce together in a bowl; divide between the hoagie rolls and sandwich the rolls around the cheese and pasta mixture.
-
4
Grill the sandwiches in the skillet until the cheese melts completely, about 5 minutes per side.

Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast Muffins
These tasty cinnamon-raisin French toast muffins are a great way to serve French toast, leaving plenty of room on the plate for some fresh fruit and maybe a slice of bacon on the side. They are tender and moist on the inside, just like French toast, but with a little crunch on the top from the streusel. The cinnamon-raisin bread amps up the flavor, but you can use challah, brioche, or a baguette, if you prefer. Refrigerate any leftovers in a sealed container.
John's Flammekueche
My wife and I had this entree in Paris, France. It was so good that we had to order another one. The French people sure know how to cook. It is like a pizza, but 1 million times better!
Award-Winning Chili
This award-winning chili recipe took 2nd place at our local cook-off! Bet you can't eat just one bowl. If it is too thick, add water, 1/4 cup at a time, until you reach desired consistency. This chili tastes even better the next day.
