Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 earss fresh corn , kernels cut from cob
- 0.5 reds onion , diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in corn and onion; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Mix in parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives to serve.
