Lemon Bar Peeps
I love the idea of Peeps, but I am not a big fan of marshmallows. So as lemon bars are also sunny yellow, and way more delicious, I thought it only natural that a lemon bar Peep should exist.
Cream Cheese Frosting with Brown Butter and Bourbon
This frosting pairs perfectly with banana, carrot, and spice cakes. Browning the butter gives it a deep, nutty flavor. As with many buttercreams, you may need slightly more or less sugar to reach your desired consistency.
Turkey Meatloaf and Gravy
Best served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. A wonderful healthy meal. Lots of ingredients, but worth the effort.
