Creamy Kale Salad
I made this creamy salad dressing for kale with my cousin Pam when I had kale coming out of my ears from the garden! We added red onion and some raisins for sweetness. It is delicious and tastes even better the next day.

Fresh morels are simple and quick to fry and enjoy. These mushrooms are a treasure of the woods hunted by many in the early spring here in Missouri. They can be very hard to find but well worth the work once you get lots of them to eat.
