This salad has been a required dish at Thanksgiving and Xmas for over 25 years at our house. It is our absolute favorite and so easy to fix! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling , 21 ounce
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 14 ounce
- 1 can mandarin oranges , 11 ounce
- 1 can crushed pineapple , 15 ounce
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 package frozen whipped topping , 16 ounce

Mix together the cherry pie filling, condensed milk, oranges, pineapple, coconut, marshmallows and whipped topping.

Chill for several hours and top with crushed pecans if desired.

This Vietnamese banh mi sandwich is awesome and a nice break from the usual sandwiches. The garlic chili sauce is typical in Asian sections of markets, but you can substitute it with Indonesian sambal or Korean chili paste.
