This mild taco seasoning has a much lower salt content than pre-made. To keep salt content low, make sure chili powder does not contain salt. Salt can be omitted from the recipe, too. Great with half ground buffalo and half ground turkey breast or whatever you prefer. Buy bulk spices, and you can make 5-plus batches for under $1.00! Increasing black pepper and adding optional ingredients will increase heat. Using mild or regular chili powder and omitting optional ingredients will reduce heat.

No-Bake Snack Mix
This is my mom's no-bake snack mix recipe, and it's so much better than other snack mix recipes out there. It's tangy, spicy, and so delicious! I make it for my coworkers for Christmas and always get requests for the recipe. You can vary the proportion of the snacks you use based on what you like. Add more oyster crackers or fewer pretzels, etc. For reference, this recipe probably makes enough snack mix to fill two 1-gallon resealable bags. This also freezes well to stay fresh longer.
Pumpkin Crunch
This pumpkin crunch recipe has a layer of pumpkin purée, evaporated milk, and eggs — topped with cake mix and butter. Serve this recipe with whipped cream.
Cranberry Sauce with Walnuts
Love this fresh cranberry sauce with walnuts for the holidays instead of canned cranberry sauce. People who typically do not like cranberry sauce, love this one.
