Delicious tomato juice for a fraction of the cost of store-purchased. Adjust lemon, salt, and sugar to taste. Almost 7 cups of juice for about $1.00! I prefer the natural tomato paste.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 can tomato paste , 6 ounce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt , or to taste

Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops
I developed this recipe for onion pan-fried pork chops one day because I wanted something different from the same old pork chops (that is how my husband asked me to cook them that day). So I made this up quickly, and boy, did he love them. Now he asks for them every time. I do this with boneless and bone-in pork chops. So it doesn't matter what kind you have on hand, just cook them up and enjoy.
