No Fuss Shredded Beef Tacos
This recipe was created for a Cinco De Mayo work potluck taco bar that was a big hit. The coffee in the recipe adds a hint of smokiness and assists with tenderizing the meat as it cooks. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings. For less heat, omit jalapenos.
Creamed Eggs
All you need to make creamed eggs are hard-boiled eggs and a béchamel sauce. Delicious served on toast for breakfast the day after Easter because it uses up some of your leftover eggs!
Flayed Man Cheese Ball
This Halloween cheese ball, cleverly disguised as a skinned human face, is the perfect centerpiece for your scary party! It looks gross and yet tastes so good. Arrange crackers, pretzels, or any snacks you want around the face, and serve with a knife.
