These pork chops are so easy to make in the Instant Pot. I needed a quick way to cook tender pork chops and this method did it. My husband and 6-year-old daughter fought over the leftovers!
Ingredients
- 4 porks chops
- 3 tablespoons butter , cut into small chunks
- 1 package dry onion soup mix , 1 ounce
- 1 cup apple juice

Gather all ingredients.
-

Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions; set the timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build. Release the pressure using the natural-release method according to the manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes.
