Summer Grilled Cabbage
This summer grilled cabbage is an easy side dish that we can't seem to get enough of once the grill starts firing in the summer. We use one large metal baking dish just for cabbage, that way none of the others get ruined on the grill.
Pasta Pancetta
Pancetta pasta is a delicious dish that takes so little time to make. Using Italian bacon (pancetta) gives it a unique flavor and texture that's sure to impress any guest. This recipe easily serves 4 to 6. Increase quantities to taste, and it will serve as many as you like.
Decadent Hummus
I have made this recipe for my family for several years now and it never disappoints. My kids take it on ski trips to share with the team and everyone always loves it! They always want to know why our hummus is a dark brown color. It's the olives! The recipe is equally great without the olives and/or feta. Wonderful with pita bread, chips, crackers, or veggies!
