This dip tastes similar to a jalapeño popper. Wonderful with tortilla chips or veggies!
Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexican-style corn , 11 ounce
- 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 1 can diced green chiles , 4 ounce
- 0.5 cups diced green onion
- 2 jalapeño peppers , seeded and finely chopped

Mix corn, Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, green chiles, green onion, and jalapeño pepper together in a bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
