Christmas Plum Pudding
This is a fairly basic British Christmas plum pudding recipe but unlike other recipes it can actually have plums in it. Unfortunately the ingredient list is so long, it isn't easy to make it in less than industrial quantities! You can substitute a mixture of fresh and dried apricots, peaches, etc. for the plums and milk for the ale if you wish. Serve with brandy or rum butter.
Vegan Lettuce Wraps with Tofu
These easy-to-make meatless lettuce wraps will be loved by everyone, including meat eaters. The tofu provides a texture similar to ground chicken. And the combination of mushrooms, water chestnuts, and hoisin sauce make this dish come to life. You're not going to believe how much flavor is packed in these easy-to-make vegan wraps. Serve with Thai peanut sauce for dipping.
Air Fryer Shrimp Fried Rice
This fried rice is so deliciously savory, nobody will believe you made it with an air fryer. It's full of toasted, crunchy rice bits that add a great contrast to the chewy interior. The shrimp is tender and juicy, and the bites of peas burst in your mouth. Finish it up with Sriracha mayo and fresh green onion to compliment everything perfectly. If you don't have shrimp on hand, you can also use leftover chicken or steak.
