Lemon whippersnappers, lemon crinkles — same thing! The dough is formed into balls and rolled in powdered sugar, like chocolate crinkle cookies, only it's flavored with lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix , 15.25 ounce
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping , thawed
- 1 large egg , beaten
- 0.5 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions
-
1
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping, and egg; mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. (Or wrap the dough in plastic and freeze.)
-
2
When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
-
3
Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in confectioners' sugar to coat.
-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until cookies are set but not browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Sticky Buns
Yummy sticky buns! What can be better than a hot and gooey sticky bun with sweet raisins and gooey nuts on top for breakfast or a late-night snack?
Garlic Fennel Flank Steak with Oranges
While this dish may appear to be inspired by Italian or Spanish influences (which it is), it's also a take on one of my favorite Chinese dishes: spicy orange beef. I love to grill flank steak with a highly-flavored rub of garlic, fennel, salt and black pepper.
Easy Halloween Mummy Cupcakes
Even if you're not an experienced cupcake decorator, these little mummies are super easy to make and my kids loved them at their Halloween party. You can use any dark-colored cupcake or muffin and turn them into a creepy mummy in a heartbeat.
