I hope you like lemons! This glazed lemonade cake is made with a trio of lemony ingredients (lemon cake mix, lemon pudding mix, and lemonade concentrate) for a terrifically tart taste.
Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix , 15.25 ounce
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix , 3.4 ounce
- 0.75 cups vegetable oil
- 0.75 cups cold water
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
-
2
Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a mixing bowl with oil, cold water, and eggs; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
-
3
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
-
4
While the cake is baking, make the glaze: Combine thawed lemonade concentrate and sugar in a bowl; mix until thoroughly combined.
-
5
Remove cake from the oven and place on a wire rack. Prick all over warm cake surface with a fork, then pour glaze over top. Let cool to room temperature.

Easter Leg of Lamb
We eat leg of lamb every Easter dinner โ it is a family favorite. I normally cook half a leg. If you cook a whole leg of lamb, double the recipe. You need to start this recipe at least 24 hours before cooking. It needs to marinate at least overnight.
No-Knead Focaccia
I was very excited to try this no-knead focaccia recipe which makes a dough with a lot of water. In fact, this has the highest amount of water used than any other Food Wishes dough. It holds big bubbles in the baked dough and because of the long fermentation time, has a far superior flavor.
BLT Pasta Carbonara
The addition of summer tomatoes and spinach to this traditional dish brings things to a whole new level. The trick to the recipe is preparation, have all the ingredients ready to go as it comes together as quickly as it takes to boil the pasta.
