- 1.5 pounds London broil
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup , 10.5 ounce
- 0.5 cups water
- 0.5 teaspoons dried basil
- 0.5 teaspoons dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
