This mango ketchup with a fruity, tropical flair and sweet, spicy, savory hints of flavor can be used just about anywhere you normally use ketchup. It's a great topper on burgers or hot dogs, a dipping sauce for air fryer sweet potatoes or French fries, or a garnish on grilled meat or fish.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups mango
- 0.25 cups ketchup
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 0.5 teaspoons hot sauce
- salt

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add mango, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger root, brown sugar, hot sauce, and salt. Simmer until mixture breaks down and thickens, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes.

Process the mixture with an immersion blender, or add to a food processor or blender, and pulse until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate until chilled.
