Easy Polenta with Tomato Sauce
My entire family loves this quick and easy recipe for polenta with tomato sauce. Leftovers taste great the next day and the following day too! Top with additional Parmesan cheese if you like.
Marsala Sauce
This classic Italian marsala sauce is easy-to-make, rich, and earthy. It tastes great over steak, chicken, pork, potatoes, or polenta.
Maple Breakfast Sausage
Homemade maple sausage made with ground pork and seasonings. Great cooked in crumbles for biscuits and gravy, or in patties for breakfast sandwiches or eggs Benedict. I like to premake a large batch and freeze the patties, then just take out a few the night before.
