This mango salsa recipe is easy to make with ripe mangos, bell pepper, and lime juice. Jalapeños add some heat. It's so refreshing and tasty on fish tacos or with chips for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 mango - peeled , seeded, and chopped
- 0.25 cups finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 green onion , chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeño chile pepper , finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Place mango, red bell pepper, green onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.

Mix ingredients well to combine. Cover and let sit at least 30 minutes before serving.
