Lion's Head Meatballs
These lion's head meatballs really are melt-in-your-mouth. Serve this soup as-is or with noodles added to the bowl. Some people think the name comes from their large size, while others believe eating these gives you the strength of a lion, but the actual answer is not quite as mythical. The look of this crinkled-up napa cabbage in the rich broth reminded the inventors of this dish of a lion's mane.
Frozen Pork Chops in the Instant Pot
Make frozen pork chops in the Instant Pot. When the main component of dinner is frozen solid, it's often easier to order carry-out, but this recipe takes advantage of that frozen meat. I buy my seasonings from the Savory Spice Shop, although feel free to use what you have on hand.
Instant Pot Cabbage Roll Casserole
This Instant Pot cabbage roll casserole is a variation of my "tried and true" stuffed peppers recipe. Serve with additional cooked rice, if desired.
