- 1 ounce fresh brewed espresso
- 0.5 ounces tequila , such as Patron Roca®
- 0.5 ounces coffee-flavored liqueur , such as Kahlua®

Chef John's Strawberry Ice Cream
Homemade strawberry ice cream with sweet, juicy strawberries! Some people consider this quick strawberry ice cream recipe a hack because we're skipping the more time-consuming egg-custard step; but even if I didn't want to save time I'd still prefer this method for strawberry ice cream.
Chef John's Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
This chocolate chip pumpkin bread is one of the lightest, moistest, most flavorful pumpkin breads ever, and probably the easiest. Chocolate and pumpkin may sound like an odd pairing, but that's only because you haven't had it—it works incredibly well in this delicate quick bread.
Apple Danish Bars
An addition to any meal, even served for breakfast. These apple Danish bars would be even tastier with a powdered sugar and milk glaze drizzled on top after the Danish has cooled somewhat.
