This is an excellent icing that I use on my yellow cupcakes.
Ingredients
- 4 barss milk chocolate covered caramel and nougat candy bars , 2.05 ounce
- 0.25 cups butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1.25 cups confectioners' sugar

Place candy bars, butter, milk and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on High for 30 seconds; stir. Heat for an additional 10 seconds, remove the bowl from the mircrowave and stir again. Add confectioners' sugar and stir until smooth and creamy.

Hot and Spicy Pecans
These spicy pecans aren't too hot, but you can leave out the red pepper if you like them milder, or increase it to taste. These make a great snack or appetizer for the holidays, or anytime.
Country Sausage Gravy
