Jimmy Buffett's sister, Lulu, owns a very popular restaurant in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Lulu's serves the absolute best piña colada in the world. This recipe is the next best thing to one of hers! If you can't find frozen mix, a ½ can of coconut cream and enough pineapple juice to create a simulated "can's worth" will work.

- 1 can frozen piña colada mix , 10 ounce
- 1 cup crushed pineapple in juice , undrained
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 8 ices cubes
- 0.25 cups heavy cream
- 4 cherriess with stems
Instructions
-
1
Combine rum, piña colada mix, crushed pineapple with juice, vanilla ice cream, and ice in a blender; blend until slushy.
-
2

-
3
Divide piña colada among 4 glasses; top each with a cherry.

Burek
This burek recipe is Eastern European in origin. My mom is from Bosnia and made this for me while I was growing up — my whole family always looked forward to it. Serve with Balkan-style yogurt for authenticity.

This creamy vegan butternut squash soup is a delightful blend of comforting fall flavors. Sweet apples complement the natural earthiness of roasted butternut squash, while almond milk adds a luscious, dairy-free creaminess.
Antoinette's Strawberry Freeze
A sensational frozen delight. Reminiscent of a banana split without the chocolate. The family's favorite - inspired by my beautiful godmother Antoinette!
