Whip this jalapeno cranberry cream cheese dip up in a few minutes, or make the cranberry topping up to a week ahead, so you'll be ready for entertaining any time.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cupdried sweetened cranberries , dried sweetened cranberries,
- 0.5 bunches cilantro , chopped
- 2 jalapenos
- 0.25 cups orange marmalade
- 0.5 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 greens onions
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese

Place frozen cranberries, dried cranberries, half of chopped jalapenos, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer cranberry mixture to a bowl.

Stir in marmalade and salt. Reserve 2 tablespoons green onions for topping and stir in remaining green onions.

Spread cream cheese onto a serving plate and top with cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining jalapeno and reserved green onions. Serve with crackers.
