This simple, no-bake cheesecake with condensed milk sets up in about 3 hours. Serve it straight from the fridge with pie topping, or enjoy it frozen!
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 14 ounce
- 0.33 cups lemon juice
- 1 graham cracker pie crust , 9 inch

Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in condensed milk until well blended. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Spoon mixture into pie crust.

Chill in the refrigerator until set, 3 to 4 hours.
