This no-bake cheesecake recipe uses gelatin. It is absolutely fantastic. I have impressed many with it and so did my grandmother. It is not a run-of-the-mill cheesecake. You just have to try it — trust me, you'll love it!

Herb Samgyupsal (Korean Grilled Pork Belly)
I accepted samgyupsal (grilled pork belly, aka thick bacon) into my late-night diet of soju and beer outings while living in Seoul. The best thing about samgyupsal is that there is little or no marinating involved. You just need to cut it into bite-sized pieces and cook it on the stovetop. Enjoy with a variety of lettuce varieties (red leaf lettuce, Boston bibb, frisée) and rice.

Instant Pot Cajun Boiled Peanuts
I love boiled peanuts, but in the past, they've been a hassle to make. You have to soak them in water overnight, and then you have to wait for the giant pot of water to boil; the water evaporates, so you have to add more water every hour, and then every time you do that, you have to wait for the water to start boiling again. I knew there had to be a way to simplify the process, and this Instant Pot Cajun boiled peanuts recipe was the solution. While it still takes time, the method is hands-off, and they cook more quickly than the 8 hours it takes to soak them overnight using the stovetop method.
