Turkey Cream Cheese Enchiladas
I created this cream cheese enchiladas recipe as a way to use the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. My wife liked it so much that it's become a staple of our after-Thanksgiving days, although it can be made any other time, too. The turkey can be replaced with chicken.
Creamy Chicken on Linguine
This chicken linguine features sliced white meat in a creamy onion sauce layered on pasta. It's good reheated the next day, too. Serve with garlic toast or bruschetta.
Chantilly Cake
This chantilly cake is everything you could want in a dessert--it's light, creamy, decadent, and absolutely gorgeous. Use whatever fresh berries and flavor of jam you prefer; and make sure to keep the cake stored in the fridge.
