Kristen's Bacon Ranch Potato Salad
Kristen's bacon ranch potato salad recipe is delicious and is the easiest summer potato side dish I know. It can be varied in so many ways, so it's never boring! Add a little taco seasoning to spice it up, or add other veggies for texture.
Chile Chocolate Ice Cream
The spiciness gives this ice cream an added kick and really brings out the richness of the chocolate as well. Spices are all to taste because I just eyeballed it and your preferences may vary.
Tender and Easy Buttermilk Waffles
These buttermilk waffles are crisp on the outside and tender in the middle. I love the results this gives while not having to separate the eggs and take time to whip egg whites! These will also reheat in the toaster for a quick workday breakfast.
