- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom

Stir almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cardamom together in a bowl with a lid. Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
