Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom

Instructions
