This is a recipe for rolls to serve during Passover instead of always serving matzo. My family enjoys them during the entire holiday.
Ingredients
- 2 cups matzo meal
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 0.5 cups vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
-
2
Combine matzo meal, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
-
3
Bring water and oil to a boil; pour boiling water over matzo meal mixture, and stir until blended. Beat one egg at a time into the mixture. Let stand 15 minutes.
-
4
Shape dough into rolls with oiled hands. Arrange rolls on the prepared cookie sheet.
-
5
Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 50 minutes.

Tudy's Key Lime Pie Poke Cake
My mother-in-law loves key lime pie. I wanted to make something different for her so I combined a key lime pie with a poke cake and this is what I came up with. She loved it. So we named it after her.
John Collins Cocktail
Of the Collins siblings, John's gin-toting brother, Tom, is more famous. With whiskey, John is somewhat similar to a whiskey sour with club soda.
Black Bean and Rice Burritos
These black bean and rice burritos are easy to expand upon — add bacon, avocado, pico de gallo, or whatever you want. Add lettuce and sour cream, then sprinkle each burrito with Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Wrap, eat, and be happy.
