  • 1 cup ice
  • 0.25 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.5 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 0.5 cups skim milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey , or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon , or to taste
