- 0.25 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 0.5 cups vanilla yogurt
- 0.5 cups skim milk
- 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey , or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon , or to taste
