I made this PB&J smoothie recipe with peanut butter, but it can also be made with powdered peanut butter for a lower-calorie smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 6 frozens strawberries , or more to taste
  • 0.75 cups milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon blue agave nectar , or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
