- 1 large egg , beaten
- 0.5 cups panko bread crumbs
- 0.25 cups creamy peanut butter
- 0.25 cups chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, peanut butter, sweet Thai chili sauce, and ginger together in a large bowl.

Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
