Easy White Chili II
A long-time Wellington, Ohio friend shared this recipe with me and has become an all-time favorite. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and salsa. You can brown the chicken in a skillet first if you prefer. I have found it makes little difference.
Cranberry Apple Oatmeal
I made this one morning in an effort to use up leftover cranberries from Thanksgiving. It's filling, healthy, and delicious! If you generally make oatmeal with milk instead of water, don't! The acid in the cranberries will make the milk separate. I tried it. It will still taste okay, but it won't look very pretty.
Chef John's Parker House Rolls
A classic crowd pleaser and America's most popular dinner roll, these are also perfect for sandwiches with leftovers.
