This peppercorn ranch pasta salad recipe is easy to make and a delicious meal or side dish for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups colored rotini pasta
  • 1 cup baby carrots , sliced
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower , chopped
  • 0.25 cups chopped red onion
  • 0.25 cups chopped green bell pepper
  • 10 ounces peppercorn ranch salad dressing

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain; transfer to a large bowl.
